Three member-led committees steer the LEAF Community. Each is chaired by people from across the ecosystem and open to every member tier.
End User Committee
The newly formed LEAF End User Committee brings large enterprises together to tackle shared security and access control challenges — and to help shape what’s next.
“Physical security leaders are often solving the same problems independently. A peer committee like this one gives us a structured way to surface those challenges together, apply collective experience to real decisions, and ensure the direction of this technology reflects the requirements of the organizations actually deploying it. That kind of feedback loop is rare and worth being part of.”Matthew Netardus

Product Committee
Our mission is to design, define, and deliver interoperable credential structures and developer-grade tooling that allow independent companies to coordinate on shared identifiers and payloads. We exist to transform the high-level vision of openness into executable specifications, enabling a seamless 'write once, read anywhere' environment across different formats and vendors.

Marketing Committee
Our mission is to advance the LEAF Community through coordinated marketing, education, and member-led storytelling that brings new partners, integrators, and end users into the fold. We exist to translate the value of LEAF (interoperability, vendor neutrality, and a shared standard) into market understanding, community momentum, and measurable adoption.
