Founded in 2008, Ones Technology began developing its products and solutions under the BioAffix brand, as a result of the hardware and software R&D (Research & Development) and P&D (Product Development) processes it conducted by analyzing the needs of the security sector. The products it developed in areas such as card-based and biometric devices, as well as Time and Attendance Systems (PDKS) and access authorization software, began to see significant demand from critical institutions and organizations with security needs, even in its early years.

The BioAffix brand, which has received accolades in competitions for its R&D and production discipline, was honored with the "Best in Mobile Solutions" and "Best in Biometrics" awards at the SIA NPS Awards 2025 in the USA. In the same year, it was named the "Best Employer" in Turkey following independent evaluations by Great Place To Work.
